IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM AUSTRALIA POST IN REGARDS TO SHIPPING DURING THE COVID-19 CRISIS
"Effective 20 April 2020, Australia Post are suspending the Express Post guarantee of a refund and replacement envelope or satchel for articles that don’t meet the next business day delivery standard
Express Post is still available
Australia Post Express Post service will continue to be our fastest postal delivery option for our customers – and we'll continue to prioritise these deliveries. They just may not be delivered next business day every time.
This change is due to delays to Australia Post delivery services caused by the ongoing impacts of the coronavirus pandemic, including:
- a significant increase in parcels that require manual sorting
- social distancing measures in place at our facilities, which mean we can’t process items as quickly as usual
- a significant reduction in the availability of passenger flights – which, in addition to our dedicated overnight airfreight network, also carry our parcels

Our posties, delivery drivers and Post Offices will continue to operate. It is likely during the evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic that some Australia Post deliveries, including delivery of Express Post articles will be delayed. As it stands today this is not the case and we will be working as hard as we can with our delivery partners to help ensure Express Post articles are delivered as soon as possible. We will keep you updated should this change"
International Shipping is the biggest concern with VERY limited flights available for parcel mail and Australia Post opting to send some mail via ship instead. In this instance your tracking number will not be updated until it reaches your country, which could unfortunately take months. Please be aware of this when placing international orders and be patient with their process during this pandemic. Please allow up to 7 working days for your international order to be packed and sent out, you will receive tracking information once your parcel has been sent. *we have been advised that some parcels have been sitting in Sydney for a 3+ weeks before moving, this is due to limited inbound and outbound flights. Please be aware of this, it is out of our control once your parcel has been sent.
We highly suggest that you place your orders well in advance of any special occasions. Once your parcel is delivered to Australia Post it is out of our hands or our control. By placing an order during this time you confirm that you understand and accept the delays that you may face. We continue to work tirelessly to keep our small business afloat during this time and ask that you treat our staff with courtesy and respect.

Due to food safety regulations we are unable to accept returns. Please choose your sprinkles wisely before placing your order. We also do not offer returns or refunds if your postal address is entered incorrectly during purchase. Please triple check your details before confirming your order.[[IMPORTANT]] If for some reason your order is returned to sender, but the address is as on your order we will not be responsible for the new shipping costs, nor will we provide a refund of your order due to the items being an edible product.
We aim to ship within 1-3 business days from placing your order and we suggest upgrading to express shipping should you require your order urgently, in which case we will ship within 2 business days. Please note that any orders made on Friday WILL NOT be posted until Monday, as our local post office does not have postal collection on Saturdays.

We will not take responsibility for your parcel not arriving in time for your event. It is your responsibility to read our guidelines and calculate Australia Post shipping time frames before placing your order.

We ship using Australia Post so your parcels will be trackable. Please be aware that we have no control over your parcel once it leaves our hands, so tracking your parcel should always be done through Australia Post with the tracking number that we will provide you.
Our sprinkles leave our warehouses in tip top condition and in a bubble wrapped parcel. We do not take responsibility for damage during transport or for orders that are left in the sun by Australia Post whilst you are not home. Please choose your delivery address wisely.
