Returns
Due to food safety regulations we are unable to accept returns. Please choose your sprinkles wisely before placing your order. We also do not offer returns or refunds if you change your mind OR your postal address is entered incorrectly during purchase. Please triple check your details before confirming your order. If for some reason your order is returned to sender, but the address is as on your order we will not be responsible for the new shipping costs, nor will we provide a refund of your order due to the items being an edible product.
Shipping
We deliver parcels to the Post Office for postage on Mondays and Thursdays. The cut off time for your order being sent on these days is 9am NSW time. We suggest upgrading to express shipping should you require your order urgently, in which case your order will be posted on the next shipping day of the week as noted above.
Please also note we are unable to post your orders on public holidays as our local Post Office closes on public holidays.

We will not take responsibility for your parcel not arriving in time for your event. It is your responsibility to read our guidelines and calculate Australia Post shipping time frames before placing your order.
We ship using Australia Post so your parcels will be trackable. Please be aware that we have no control over your parcel once it leaves our hands, so tracking your parcel should always be done through Australia Post with the tracking number that we will provide you.
Our sprinkles leave our warehouses in tip top condition and in a bubble wrapped parcel. We do not take responsibility for damage during transport or for orders that are left in the sun by Australia Post whilst you are not home. Please choose your delivery address wisely.
Importation
Your order may be subject to import duties, charges and taxes (including VAT) which can be incurred when your order reaches its destination country. Get Sprinkled is not responsible for any charges applied and they are your responsibility as the customer. You are required to be aware of the laws and regulations about importing edible goods into your own country, including but not limited to the ingredients of each product
