Orders are dispatched to the post office on Mondays and Thursdays. The cut-off time for same-day dispatch on these days is 9:00 AM NSW (Australia) time.
If you need your order urgently, we recommend selecting Express Shipping at checkout. Please note, however, that express post does not guarantee next-day delivery. Estimated delivery times can be calculated via the Australia Post website here:

We do not ship on public holidays, as our local Post Office is closed.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Once the parcel leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for delays, damages, or loss caused by postal services or other third parties. Tracking inquiries should be directed to Australia Post using your tracking number.
All orders are packaged securely and with care, including bubble wrap to help protect your items in transit. Get Sprinkled is not liable for damage caused during shipping, nor for parcels left unattended or exposed to weather conditions (such as being left in direct sunlight) by your postal service. Please consider providing an address where someone is available to receive the delivery.
🚚 International Shipping and Customs
We offer international shipping to selected countries. Availability, options, rates, and delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout.
Please note:
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
- You are responsible for ensuring your country permits the import of our products (edible sprinkles and decorations).
- Customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are your responsibility.
- We are not liable for delays, refusals, or fees resulting from customs clearance procedures.
- While we understand that international shipping can be costly, these fees are determined by external carriers and customs agencies and are unfortunately beyond our control.
If your order is refused or returned due to customs issues or unpaid tariffs, we may deduct any incurred shipping or return costs from your refund (where applicable).
🚚 International Customers – Product Responsibility Disclaimer
If you are purchasing from outside of Australia, you do so at your own risk and acknowledge the following:
- It is your responsibility to check that all ingredients, food colourings, and additives in our products are permitted, safe, and approved for import and personal or commercial use in your country.
- We provide full ingredient lists and allergen declarations on our product pages and packaging. You are responsible for reviewing this information before purchase.
- By purchasing from us, you agree that you are importing our products in accordance with the laws and regulations of your country, including those relating to food safety, labelling, and resale (if applicable).
- We are not liable for any issues, losses, or restrictions arising from local customs enforcement, import refusals, product seizure, or allergic reactions.
- International customers purchase at their own discretion and risk, and refunds will not be issued due to your local restrictions or failure to review ingredient information.
